Inside Sales Representative
Location: In-House | Weekdays Only (M–F, 10 AM–4 PM)

Better-Off Apparel, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and love building customer relationships, we want to hear from you.
As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a non-traveling, in-office position with a consistent weekday schedule—no nights or weekends. You’ll manage and grow an assigned territory, working directly with buyers from women's bridal, special occasion, and boutique retailers.
What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers

Present and sell our fashion collections with expert knowledge and enthusiasm

Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and boutique owners

Help customers select the right styles for their stores, providing tailored recommendations based on price, brand, and trend awareness

Enter, process, and follow up on orders directly—ensuring same-day shipping and high-volume output

Set follow-ups to stay connected with clients and share new arrivals and offers

Maintain detailed records and manage leads using our CRM system
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in fashion, retail, or wholesale

Strong phone and negotiation skills are essential

Confidence and understanding of fashion styles, trends, and garment terminology

Comfortable making dozens of calls per day

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to multitask

Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound calling best practices
